ORDERING

How do I choose a color?
BigCartel only allows one drop down menu, so pick your US size and place your order. Then, in the note to seller field at checkout, let us know the color you want your products to be.

Can I use more than one discount at once?
No, sorry. BigCartel only allows for one discount code to be used at once.

I need my order to arrive before ____, is that possible?
Please let us know ONE MONTH before the date you need your items. All items are handmade by two full time students so orders take some time to make before they are sent out.

SIZING

I am a __ cup, which size should I order?
For reference, use this size chart when ordering our detailed halter top. For all other items, we go by US bra cup sizes.  Please use this link to convert international sizes to US sizes to ensure the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend that you order the smaller size because our products are not padded nor do they have an underwire.

Can I customize my top so it...?
Please send us an email before ordering if you would like anything customized to see if what you would like will be possible.

CARE

What material are your tops made out of? How are they made?
All crocheted items are 100% handmade with cotton yarn. We use our own patterns and ask that you please respect them and do not recreate them. 

How do I wash my items?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or dry. 

Can I wear my crocheted items in the water?
Of course, but do not wear them in chlorinated water for long periods of time or in hot tubs because the harsh chemicals will ruin the yarn. This material does hold more water than traditional swimwear, but it can easily be removed by pressing the garment to your body.

SHIPPING

Do you guys ship to ___? How much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Where are you located and how long will it take for my items to ship?
We are located in Washington, DC. Delivery time estimates are shown at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?
All domestic orders are given a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to work.

Have you sent out my order yet?
As stated on each product page, crocheted products may take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to make and ship out. If you ordered during a sale, promotion or the holidays, orders will take 1 extra week to fulfill. 

I need my order to arrive before ____, is that possible?
There is a $8 USD flat rate for all rush orders. Please follow this guideline when requesting a rush order.

RETURNS

Can I return my item?
Returns will only be accepted and refunded if we receive the item(s) less than 45 days after we shipped the item(s) to you. In addition, you will only be given a full refund if the item is in the same condition as it was when sent out. We are not responsible for the return shipping charge and returns will only be accepted within the United States.

Can I exchange my item? 
Exchanges will follow the same guidelines as our return policy, except you may only exchange jewelry items and other accessories. Any crocheted items cannot and will not be exchanged.
